Saturday's run was great. The weather was just about perfect for a long run...a little breezy at some parts, but completely manageable. Sunny and gorgeous.
I ran with my favorite girls (and boys) from our favorite running store and after months of longing I finally got a new pair of shoes. Yes, my fourth pair of Asics Nimbus 10s. They have been dubbed the "Spider Shoes" and even have their own theme song.

I got a head start on the always popular "runners tan" - the Garmin tanline is starting to peek through and the tank tan?? It's THERE, man. Note to self: The Sun Causes Tanning. Who knew?
