Calm
The triathlon is two days away.

In the past month, I've been in the pool once.

I've biked outside once.

At least I've been running and doing strength workouts regularly.

I am eerily calm.

I am not normally a calm pre-race person.

I am usually anxious and nervous and twitchy and squirrely.

What? Is? Going? On?

Maybe you have found the state of zen.

I have no idea what that is since I know I've never experienced it, but that's what it sounds like. That or quiet hysteria. ;)

Good luck in the tri!!!

I hope your calmness stuck with you. Good luck!

I dunno.

Frankly, I'd prefer to meet you all "twitchy and squirrely..."

You should do what I do: look up a training plan, find the longest workout that you were supposed to do, and do it today to "catch up." That will TOTALLY get you ready!!

All kidding aside, I'm glad to hear you're not stressed about it - you'll do great :)
