Okay, so Nutritionathon hasn't been going so well. I have been making an effort to eat healthier - my fruit and veggie intake is improving, but it's not quite at the two-a-day point yet. And I've been eating actual food for dinner...most of the time.
So I'm going to give it another go. Starting today. And I am happy to report that I have already met all of the nutrition goals for the day. As long as I'm in bed by 1, I'll be sound as a pound...and Nutritionathon Day One (part two) will be a success.
